At this time I must be serious. March 19, 2007, Joe the horse died. Joe was a great horse! He was never mean, not to the other horses, and not to his riders. He was always a loving kind horse, and he will forever have a place in my heart. Joe suffered from hey fever, and cribbing. This was damaging to his lungs. We believe 
he died of a heart attack. The important thing is that he died surrounded by the ones he loved, and ones that loved him. To quote Long Horn Jack, "he died in his boots," doing what he enjoyed. I believe that Joe is in horsie heaven. Here is a picture of me on Joe.

Joe was such a pleasant horse. Always taking care of his beloved riders.... Joe, we all love you and will miss you deeply
